The rules will be reassessed and a final(non changeable) rules and prize list will be reposted with an official start time and end time at a later date. Sorry for the inconvenience. As what I see there is a player wagered 800+btc at other site in less than a week..lets say he will join this contest, and he can do the same in your site. Would you pay 0.9% of it? 0.9% of 800btc is 7.2btc..that's will be a huge amount to pay..
