is btc-e.com legit or scamers ? is it safe like bittrex or cryptsy ??

It's not as safe as some of the other popular exchanges. The site is ran by anonymous Russians, and it does experience downtime every now and then. The site also has a reputation of freezing accounts (happened in at least a few instances) when they really shouldn't inhibit any funds that flow through.

i don't like it, i heard bad thing about it, and it's too slow anyway so don't bother, there are far better choice out there and not only cryptsy which is also too slow in resolving issues

i usually prefer bittrex for altcoin or c-cex, fro bitcoin only, i'm using kraken and nothing else, but bitfinex is ok too

btc-e is running for years without much problems, i use it nearly everyday together with kraken. so far i never had a problem with cashing out or deposits.

this site is not safe,i also read bad things about this site on reddit and here. so i am not going to trade there,thanks all

I have traded on BTC-E for well over a year and have never had a single problem with them.

I've heard that their customer service is not the greatest but luckily I have not had to use them.

Normally the horror stories on froze accounts etc are the fault of the guys whose account was froze, and they are few and far between.

well, you can find weird stories about any exchange on internet, btc-e is not the only one. but it looks like you already made a decision to not use their exchange. try out kraken or bistamp.

in my opinion btc-e is legit, few deals though
