I am a straight up buyer and you could confirm with BCB or Ivebeenbit - I dont do charge backs or anything like that. I usually buy about 30 per week. Looks like the few people I have been buying from are actually running low or else I would just buy through them. Anyhow - I am offering 13$ per BTC - feel free to verify my honesty. If you only have a few, Ill take those until I hit my 27.
