Title: [SUGGESTIONS] LiteBit.co Post by: LiteBit on September 27, 2012, 10:16:40 PM We are soliciting suggestions on where to direct our limited availablity towards making LiteBit a true community destination.
Brief History: We started at the beginning of 2012 with the intent of creating a convienient online billboard highlighting Bitcoin & Litecoin Community Projects. We pushed Litecoin projects harder than Bitcoin projects because of the lack of exposure these startups had and the "newness" of the Litecoin Project itself. The big goal was giving these project teams free marketing and more exposure for donations and recruitment. Around April my wife and I adopted a beautiful baby girl and my time to work on most projects went down the crapper Told you it was brief :P Suggestions, Questions, Thoughts, Rants, Raves, Issues, Problems, Praises: I'm starting to carve out time again for LiteBit.co and 2 other cryptocoin projects I have been mulling on. • I'd love to highlight new projects: both Litecoin & Bitcoin • I need to purge some "old" projects • Anything we may be missing on the site to help the community? • Would a Marketplace supporting both LTC & BTC be worthwhile? • Would a chat feature be worthwhile? Either on a dedicated page or sidebar or per project? Or not at all? • Are the ads distracting? • Are there sections we could add to enhance the visitor experience?
