Also curious what the "instant" in your name refers to? Per many of the posts I'm seeing it appears posting here is the only way to get a resolution, so I am doing do. I know they have plenty of fans and successful transactions but a search here turns up a bunch of complaints verifying my experience as well. I emailed them yesterday evening, several hours after getting a receipt from Trustcash that my bank deposit was received. I got a pretty quick reply apologizing for the delay and faulting a problem with the exchanges, I was told it would be "pushed out as soon as possible" and I'd receive them "within the hour". 24 hours later I still have nothing.
