I want to know that if I have residential permit of one european country then can I go visit other european country and work there??? Like if I have residential permit of spain, can I go to germany(or other european country) and work there??? At first you need to apply for a residential permit on the German embassy in Spain. It's just basic formalities with the tax administration (we have several guys from a different EU country working in my company, i don't think they ever mentioned having any non-tax related problems)... But i guess you're talking about the fact that you are not a EU citizen, but have a work permit for one EU country, but you wish to work in a different EU country.
I guess a good accountant will be able to help you out for a small price. I guess his/her advice would be a lot better than the advice most of us would be able to offer you... It also depends on the country, but I happen to know the answer for Germany. Anyone wishing to stay in Germany for more than 3 months needs to register and ask for a permit if he isn't a national from an EU country.
