As far as I know you can't go straight to Germany. At first you need to apply for a residential permit on the German embassy in Spain.

Here you can find some good info and examples:

I would like to ask what you mean by residential permit, is it a temporary one or something like Permanent resident, I ask this as I am an current PR holder of an EU country.

I know it's pretty easy to work abroad within the EU if you are a EU citizen. It's just basic formalities with the tax administration (we have several guys from a different EU country working in my company, i don't think they ever mentioned having any non-tax related problems)... But i guess you're talking about the fact that you are not a EU citizen, but have a work permit for one EU country, but you wish to work in a different EU country.

I guess a good accountant will be able to help you out for a small price. I guess his/her advice would be a lot better than the advice most of us would be able to offer you...

It depends because there are several residential permits for extra-Europeans. It also depends on the country, but I happen to know the answer for Germany. Anyone wishing to stay in Germany for more than 3 months needs to register and ask for a permit if he isn't a national from an EU country.

If you have one of EU country passport you can work and live at any other EU country

You need to stay 9 month in Teneryfe,Spain to get Spain passport, one year in UK
about residence, propably you need to apply for new paper in desire country, but i think it can be easy, depends of what is your orgin nationality
