Your chances are pretty much zero.  There is a section for loans but new account asking for loan no collertal, most likely not going to happen.

So at bottom left click to move it to loans.

You won't get any money.
If you don't have bitcoin, you can buy.
Requesting loans from newbies is very discouaraged

equally discouraged is a person posting uselessly in every thread for increasing posts, !

i know that is almost impossible but is there another way to start please help.

if you are new to bitcoin then Bitcoin Discussion section is best for you or Beginners Help section, not in the Lending section. You will not learn anything here.

There is no body who will give you free money here ,if you want money you have to work to get it and if you want more you have to invest . If you have some BTC's then you may wanna buy an account Full Member or above on this forum , enroll on signature compaigns and start posting and you will get your money back within couple of weeks if you post (if not less) depends on your posts activity .

Beside that , to get a loan you have to provide valid collateral or you have to be trusted member and you aren't anything of those two

99% of the people here are once bitten twice shy, so you cant exactly blame them. I dont know you from a bar of soap so wouldnt lend you a link to a faucet let alone coin.

Submit the documents needed at lending sites, pure and simple.

 0.02 btc will not make you too much profit from mining.
Try to buy some bitcoin with you own money, consider it as an investment. It doesnt need to be a big amount.
Than maybe try to buy an an account here - full member is fine, and join a signature campaign.
