Title: Bitcoincasino.fm - Review Thread
Post by: worldtreasurefinders on July 27, 2015, 07:09:11 PM
I did both a forum and a google search in this domain and didn't see any threads on bitcoincasino.fm here, but I wanted to share my experience with everyone here and see if anyone else has had good or bad things to say about them.

So, I'm not much of a gambler, but on occasion I do like to spin the wheels and see how my luck fares.  I happened across bitcoincasino.fm while looking for a legit site that has video slots.  I decided to try this place out because they appear to be fully licensed and regulated, and they feature some slots that I like from my local casinos where I live.  They have a sign-up bonus for new users to get 30 cBTC (0.03 BTC) for free upon successful registration.  So I registered and made a deposit of 50 cBTC to play with, but my deposit wasn't showing up!  I waited for over an hour and over a dozen confirmations, and still no credits!  I was worried I may have just been scammed, so I sent a request to their "24/7" support (which is just a place to send them a message and they say they'll get back to you).  Anyway, after a few hours my 0.05 BTC deposit was credited, and to say sorry for the delay, they gave me a 50 cBTC sign up bonus instead of the 30 cBTC bonus!  So I've been playing away and I have to say the video slots on their site are pretty much exactly how they are in real life.  I like to bet low and enjoy playing for hours, and I can do the same on this site.  I don't feel like I'm throwing money down the drain; the slots actually let you play and give decent payouts.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw my 2 satoshis in.  This is not an ad for them, it's honest feedback from a full member who's never started a gambling thread before.

thanks for reporting, site really looks nice, but as OP says, spending hours with their games and not being able to withdraw your earning is just at least robbery. wont touch it.

Perhaps you have request no deposit bonus if yes you should complete term and conditions. I mean you need wagered 35x,30x. You need ask to costumer service. Maybe that problem you cant withdraw your balance

No offense to you, maybe this is just what you say it is a feedback of an unknown casino of which I have never heard of but usually these type of posts are for advertising purpose only and this way Casino doesn't have to even answer to the community questions because it's not them who started this topic. But usually people will tend to hang out and play at casinos which are well known here and have their own threads for reviews and criticisms and so if something goes wrong they can come and talk to the Casino representatives directly.

i tried their bonus and I busted it when I rolled 6X, and their slots are poor cause they don't have best slots like greedy goblins, at the copa which betsoft gaming provide.

And they don't have rep in this forum, at least I am pretty sure that they don't know how to do marketing, maybe they scammed lots of money before so they don't need marketing?  ::)

Also their registration is very complicated.
Most of casinos instantly create an account for you when you visit them,
and as soon as you visit them, you're able to deposit and start playing.

Marketing is different with customer service, it is the ways how they promote their site, something like open an official thread in this forum or in social media to introduce their site.

I know it's unknown, that's why I started the thread.  Other people may have had a bad time, but as for me I enjoyed the casino.  That's all.

The site can be loaded, though their SSL certificate has expired for over a week. Anyway, I see no reason to try a site that cannot afford or have trouble with a SSL certificate renewal.
