BTCstore.eu is ran by the same people who operate Bittiraha.fi (leading bitcoin service provider in Finland) who also operate largest bitcoin ATM network in the Nordics. They're also behind the Denarium physical bitcoins. They can probably ask for the chain of custody from Casascius.
