I just recently launched neodice.ga (http://neodice.ga), a dice game based on the MoneyPot API.

There's a 200 satoshi (2 bits) faucet on the site, so please give it a try and tell me what you think!

So what exactly does the xp feature get you?

It doesn't do anything yet, but I'm thinking about lowering the house edge for every 1000 xp or something.

Layout is very colorful and attractive, more features like all bets, high rollers, leaderboard would be more attractive for players, some kind of contest to attract players for roll dice there.

I had begun work on an automatic betting feature, but it's taking a lot longer than I thought it would.  What are your thoughts on automated betting?  Do you consider it a necessary part of a dice site or do you think NeoDice is ok without it?

Of course it is a necessary part, because dice is a boring game tbh and people wont stay for a long time just for click roll and roll. Auto betting is also useful for players who like to do martingale strategies because they do not need to calculate and type how much the next bets by themselves.

is gambling site you can get high trust to your customer

hey i like background very much but there is more work you have to do in order to get players on your site.
like i like to watch all bets (witch you dont have at all or i dont see it)
+ hotkey for max bet is not there,+ autobot thats option that every dice should definatly have.
but again your background looks great :thumbs up:

The site looks nice but there are a lot of features that should be added. For example auto-bet would be a nice addition, leader boards, All bets, High rollers. Good luck with the site.

wow I have been impressed by how attractive the backgroud looks like.
Generally it appears that a lot of work has been invested in that project, although it is relatively simple.
From my experience most new moneypot sites use default assets, but not this one.
I will give it a try a soon as I will have free time.

There's always a possibility of increasing the faucet amount the more xp they have, but that can lead to abuse.

I agreed with your previous suggestion - to lower the house edge. It would add a different reward for long-time players, and it prevents abuse! This could make the site more innovative if you plan to have it for a long time.

Something is buggy with the site, or on my side. It asks me to login with moneypot, I did and authorized the app, but for some reason it keeps asking me to login with moneypot, and now it does not even get me to the login screen. It's like it refreshed the page and ask the same thing.

I can't really talk about my experience like this, but I did enjoy the graphic design. It's quite fresh. I did not found any bot feature, but maybe it was because I could not login I don't know.

I will keep trying, but please see if there is any problem in your logs or something.

It's working for me nice without any such problem like you have, i think you have disabled this app and that can be reason of this login problem so you have to check it from apps tab from moneypot account.

Just checked that and it is enabled. The problem persists. I'm only using moneypot with two apps for now, this one and with Plinkopot, and it's working fine with the other one. Don't know what the problem might be. But if works fine with you, it's probably on ly side.
Already tried with different browser etc, and it's the same.

That's a good suggestion - some sites have a feature where you get a lowered house edge every 1000 bets or something.

It's normally 1%, maybe 0.5% for 5 bets after 1000xp, 0.5% for 10 bets after 2500xp, 0.5% for 25 bets after 5000xp or something like that.



Could you try disabling it then re-enabling it?

I even try to go to the app from my moneypot account, and it works on the other apps, but on this one it takes me to the game main page, and then it says "loading" and then I get the same green button asking to login with moneypot.

It seems to be on my side, since the other users are login in with no problems, but it can't be completly on my side, since the other apps work, so I don't know what is the problem.

Is this base on moneypot API or is this moneypot game? Because I can't see your game in moneypot tab, if they approve your game it should be on their site and let people play from moneypot tab

You need to first go to the site, and then add it for it to show up in your apps tab. Only a select few games are "featured" which show-up regardless of being added or not

No offense but the background is too loud. I prefer playing at websites where I don't end up becoming blind. It looks pretty and all as others suggested but I don't think it's for everyone, so maybe add two versions of it, one for people who don't value their eyes (which is the current one) and a sober one for people who do. Plus the animation/gif backgrounds might cause the site to load slow once you add more features to it.

Indeed it is a bit loud, but I can't see how you'll end up blind. And I do value my eyes!

I think the dev should make a version without the moving white lines and dots, it makes some users dizzy. It's a nice dice site with a clean design, but I think that the background animations are a bit too much, and there should be an option to remove them.

That should be easy to do with some JS, I'll look into it and get back to you!

If you are using Chrome (CTRL+Shift+I) inspect element , navigate to <div id="particles-js"><canvas class="particles-js-canvas-el" width="1025" height="657" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></canvas></div> and delete canvas class.

Its been more than 2 months since its launch, but I don't see any improvement on your site. How will you attract players to play on your site if there is no unique/different feature? No auto-bet, no chat box, no promotions. No offense, but I'm pretty sure that all dice players want to see something new in this gambling industry. Sorry to say, I think you cant attract players to play with your so simple site.

Nothing new can be added to a dice site already and there is no use for OP to add any feature or even continue this. To succeed the OP need to create a dice site that is more better than betterbets or create something very unique and different from betterbets like what dustdice has

Ok here is an idea for the OP. Why not create a parlay system for dice. I don't think anyone is offering it yet. You chose a predetermined number of rolls, and predict their outcome in a row, then you press to roll it and you only win if you get all of them right, and you do this at increased odds of course. Like a parlay bet.

You can parlay dice bet at DirectBet.eu, an off-chain version would suit me better.
However, I do not think this feature would attract more players to NeoDice.

Autobetting feature is a must in every dice (and similar) site in my opinion.

The novelty of the design is the main value proposition.  I've been trying to add autobet but I can't figure out how...I need to continue looking into it.

Site looks very good and simple but what I feel is either you should increase faucet free coins to try your site or reduce minimum betting amount because after two continues loss free coins finish and again people need to wait for 5 minutes to get another 2bits. But because of this you may lose potential players to explore your site in more details.

That is very true. He should consider either reducing bet amount or increase free faucet coins. Just now I also tried and after few trials I lost my free coins and when I check it says need to wait for 5 minutes so I just exit from the site. Also need to consider to include auto betting feature to attract more people to try your site. Anyway the first look is quite good.

I also just now tried but first two bets lost and free coins finish so I just came out without much exploring to get back some more coins. What you guys are suggesting is very valid point because if one expect people to spend more time on their site then they should make easy for people play but if they put some many restrictions then they will move on to their old favorite site instead exploring new site.

I would if I could, but I'm restricted by the API that I'm running the dice site off of - the maximum faucet amount is 2 bits.

another moneypot dice game... the design seems to be pretty interesting i guess i will give it a try when i come back home

The design is clean and colourful! I like that very much. Still,you can improve your site by adding automatic betting and maybe come with a new feature like social dicing beside solo dicing. If you don't know social dicing means you make a dice that is run every 5;10;20 etc. seconds and every user can see it rolling without placing bets.
I think that would bring you a good amount of users from other dice sites!
