No it's not, it's from a reseller with some serious credibility issues.
Be careful.

I am not a grammar nazi but please use "prototype" instead of "protothype" (don't you have a spell-checker ?)

Based on ARM processor, supported os: Linux 14.04 or higher, Windows 7 or higher,Android 4.4 or higher(but Lolipop still laggy..  ???
Hashrate on scrypt: 7-14.5(15) MH/s about 20W= one chip (mboard support 10 chips)
I can test it on Sha-256,X11 and Scrypt-N or other algo if you want :)

Info:
Mboard support up to 10 chips
2 Gb ram for miner with 2 mboards
4 Gb ram for miner with 4 mboards
8 Gb ram for miner with 8 and 12 mboards
32/64/128 Gb rom

7 megahash/chip at 17 w/chip
One mboard= 70 MH/s at ~170w
Overclock up to 14.5 Mh/s per chip :) i guarantee only 14.5 Mh/s per chip after OC!
