It is possible to do this trade on an exchange with virtually no risk and you would get the market rate. This means it would be disadvantageous for whichever party agrees to accept an unfavorable rate (or even a market rate).
One thing that I have noticed however, is that this trade is often done by scammers either trying to build up reputation to be able to pull off a large scam in the future, or someone who is actually scamming. I am not saying that you are a scammer, just that there are other ways to get this trade done with less risks.
