would not be surprised about double digits in the long run. but even if we do not get a deep squeeze, all those 100.000 plus coins need to be sold at some stage and will not allow any rally in the near future.

Yes, the quality of the posts in speculation has gone down a lot. BTC seems to be pretty stable though.

I still don't understand what drove the recent rally, bitcoin has been bearish for more than a year now? Sure it coincided with greece but the people inside greece couldn't buy bitcoins... so it's all speculation?

I think a correction is coming up soon.

that's a bit too optimistic. it's currently so hard for the price to break through the $300 level and stay above it. even if we go over $300 i'm not sure for how long that will be.

Revealing the amount of coins you own is not a very bright idea, sir. You could be a potential target of many hackers who know for certain that your bitcoin address will have a value. If people think that bitcoin is the safest currency in the world, I clearly do not back you and your ideology. There is nothing in this world which cannot be hacked :) Its all about investment of time and resources in the procedure.

If Bitcoin drops that low it will become effectively a dead currency. Regardless of whatever scenario takes place that causes the price to drop to $1 per coin, it will be one bad enough to have killed the currency. Buying coins cheap only works to a certain point, and there is no way the price could drop that low and rebound to what it is now.

I'n my honest opinion i think that a <value on 1 bitcoin would be more people will buy it.
Imagine if BTC goes down at 150$, there will be a lot of buy orders and then value will go up again.
Off course i'm not , and i can't be sure  about the profit, this only my opinion   ;)

People will need to deal with the fact BTC will eventually achieve 5 figures per coin and more, once the waiting whales drop in. We don't need mainstream adoption, just old money whales being interested on it and the price will pretty much sky rocket.

Its always at a constant decline and always a revival period 2 weeks later holding that price later.
