Title: Looking for US Based CPA or Attorney for 30 minutes or work

Hi,
I am looking for a US Based CPA or Lawyer that can complete a simple letter.

Happy to pay a fair rate (shouldnt take more than 30 minutes though).

I can write a nice letter and submit it online through my usa based friend so what is the take on this?

Lawyer involvements in a deal always make it extra expensive but I can still do this, what is your budget?
