No, because people don't trust developes that they would spend that $100k on the coin and not just scam people and disappear. Personally, I would rather not touch ICO until market is released and dev has delivered. Scammers have ruined ICO for everyone and everyone have their guard on when it comes to investing in ICO...so when you see an ICO that have collected over 100 BTC..you should sell your coin as soon as it's released (normally it pumps after ICO) and then wait till dev has delivered before getting in again.
