Yes I notice BTC Transaction are slow this week (Honestly when did it became fast lol) Anyway, the problem is Selly waits until it has 2 confirmations before releasing the product. Uhm for the Office PP 5pc, you can't linked it to an account, you can only activate the office by using the key. so in your scenario it would work For Win 10 Pro Multi, it goes around 15-20 activations per unique key.
