URL shortener service for adult content most will get banned and suspended on them as they are really strict when it comes to content now days as they want to have safe links for all ages and not just adult content.

With the content that is on your blog is soft core, as theirs no nude pictures on main section but still, many will just block the content. You will find it hard to get a redirect service to allow such content. You could even contact them and ask about softcore and see if  they allowed the content as tho it is not nude some will some wont. Only way you could find out id contacting each one by email and finding out what they will allow and not allow.
