Non Pro Lender? a "Pro Borrower" is one who borrows with an assurance that they will payback, assurance in form of collateral like a digital goods such as a BCT account. True 'pro lenders' will consider everything, including collateral, interest , rank of user etc. before lending out his/her bitcoin/cash. If you are looking for them, please provide a collateral with worth at least 110% worth of the loan amount (i.e. 0.077 BTC).
Edit: Just see many loan requests here are finding a 'pro lender'. Note that all those requests maybe from alts of this user. Edit2: Confirmed alt(s) from ManyProofs (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=396699). He is just making fake loan requests to earn fake trust.
