I mean I created my own altcoin, and other people mine from a mining pool, they will put their own wallet address and they will owe the coin they mined, I just let people to mine the coin so that the coin will keep sync

You can easily create your own mining pool for anyone to mine your coin.  Or have someone set it up for you.

What type of coin is it?

You should try merged mining feature for your new designed altcoin. Look like DOGe, VIA and other altcoins coexist on any Scrypt algo pools.

Thanks
I am using x11. I think it is difficult to create my own pool?
I designed coin by x11
If I can use other pool and let people using other pool to mine my coin that will be better, but for x11, the speed and rewards all different for each coin, how to merge

Is it hard to create my own pool? Any instruction?

There is a lot of open pool software. MPOS (https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos), NOMP (https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal) or Powerpool (https://github.com/simplecrypto/powerpool) for example. All documented enough.

which software is easier to use
1 Actually I need only to run one wallet on my vps? And install the software on my vps?
2 also everyone connected to my pool also need to mine on their own computer?
3 they software will distribute the mined coins to everyone automatically or I Need to manually send to them
4 the requirement for the vps is high?
