i would like to try to make my own bitcoin pool, is anyone able to help me ? :)

If you need help making a bitcoin pool then you shouldn't be making a bitcoin pool.

so how does one learn to make one if there is no one willing to teach?

Define what you mean by "make a bitcoin pool".  Are you trying to write your own pool software, or simply want to setup and run a pool of your own?

Well... setting up your own p2pool node is certainly a relatively easy way to do things.  There are other pools you can setup as well.  For example, NOMP (https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal), MPOS (https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos), and of course, the guys who wrote cgminer have their own pool (https://bitbucket.org/ckolivas/ckpool).
