If I had to pick one, I would probably choose the Sapphire model. Why? Sapphire has more experience with making ATI/AMD cards. Also, Asus has been known to alter card circuitry locking in voltage settings, causing problems for hardcore overclockers. Go with Sapphire, they've been making Radeon cards since, well, Radeon existed as a 32MB AGP card circa 1999. Go with the ~13 years of experience, IMO.
