I prefer that you go with a trusted exchanger site such as xmlgold.eu for btc to wmz transactions. They charge a little fee but that's much better than 10% premium fee around here.

I am sorry, confused here, but are you buying WMZ by paying a 7% extra or buying it at a price 7% lower than bitstamp ?
