Hmmm...do you have an off-line wallet installed? Or could you try another browser.

Basically it's trying to start your off-line wallet with all the info already pre-filled.
Try copy-pasting the address and amount...if you keep having issues.

ouchh it is for offline wallet, currently i'm on non-installed computer.
my online wallet have 0 btc now haha so i will try the service once i'm on my computer,

Totally agree. He's been around a long time, there are some other good ones but a lot of them don't stay long, they enter a run of bad form & disappear.
