In deals like this there's usually a hidden part. If there's no investment, your business partner would probably have to launder your money or provide personal details so you can start an account in his name somewhere. I've seen a lot of similar offers.

im interested in this as well if its really no investment pm me. But really i dont think its possible to profit 1k$ in a week.

about my biseness:

I use many  paypal acc. business is you buy from btc from your paypal acc.
I send btc instant we use esrow no problems.
After couple days you open me dispute and got all your money.
ex
you buy 1000 usd. I give you btc for 400 usd instant and after you open dispute received your 1000.
profit is 400.

all time i use difirent paypal acc.
this way is very safe got profit.
good profit for us .

i didnt get what it all means but i guess he want us to spend 1k$ for no investment business.. Even if all proceses is "safe" that 1k buy kills the business:)

It means he's scamming paypal and want's you to join in. He wants to send money between his fake accounts and the one you provide and then open disputes to get it back, which will inevitably lead to your account being banned.

This must be the most flawed idea behind business I have ever seen.

Why dont you use your creativeness in another way that does not involve cheating or scam!

rather than a scam this is fraud; the user is attempting to cheat paypal out of hundreds of dollars every time this act is performed.
