Google gives you 60 days and $300 to start (AWS) Amazon gives you 750 free hours every month for a year (Azure) Microsoft gives you 30 days and $200 to spend Century Link Gives you 30 day free trial or $2,500 in services I can create an account on any platform you choose. I can also create & Launch your VM Instances to your specifications and install and deploy applications if needed. I create the accounts when you order due to time limits on the trial memberships. It takes me about 20 minutes or so to get it all set-up for handing over and comes with the email address used on the account. (*The credit card on the account will not be able to be re-billed. If you want an account capable of re-billing, I can also provide a VCC that you can reload for an additional fee.) To just create and hand over the accounts: AWS- $30 Azure- $20 Google- $20 Century Link- $30 VM set-up, application installs, etc... pricing is based on what you need. I have heard of some getting a 10 instance limit, but so far i have not had this happen.
