It's one thing to ask for a simple passport photograph but if people start asking you for all kinds of weird shit then don't trust them for a second, apparently it's 'common' practice on LocalBitcoins for people to ask for a photo of you holding up your bank card with the numbers covered over. However, I don't trust that for a second because even the big exchanges don't ask for that kind of information.

Your best to change your banking account routing numbers and credit cards and open a new PayPal.
