I am surprised to see Europe has the highest volume, about 60% more than North America.

As all the large merchants which accept bitcoin are in the US, I would have thought North America would take the lead?

Could it be that merchants in the US do not use BitPay? I know Dell and Expedia use Coinbase, and Overstock uses BitPay.

Bold of them to put their figures out in the open. Still rather an awful long way away from anything exponential but it's chugging along.
