Instead of just saying I have issue. Just post your issue here if you can then you may get few advice's from experienced members.

Made a paypal deposit, clean funds, paypal verified etc i try to login into virwox and they diseable my account.

Problem is i dindt get any email from them on why my account is diseable nor dindt got a paypal refund.

you can file dispute in paypal..
just give a good or valid reason in paypal..

Thanks, but i prefer to solve the issue without opening a paypal dispute... Im sure one way or another ill get my funds back, its just i find it unprofessional that i dindt got any Email nor reason why they diseable my account.

i only hear bad things about virwox. i would not recommend that service.

i also agreed with you virwox has very bad reputation and personally have some bad experience with them long time ago so better dispute file against them and get back your funds.

So far I've had okay experiences with them after about 2 months +. Not a great deal of time though. They always gave me quick customer support too whenever I had issues.

My only complaints were their limits, which they explained to me they had to have as people were trying to scam them on a daily basis with stolen credit card details and so on.

I have used virwox in the past, a year and a half ago and just for the small amounts. Really never had bigger problems with them at that time.

In the last 6 months though, I started hearing all the worst about them. It seems that they have totally changed their behavior toward their customers. Frozen accounts, disabled accounts, unnecessary verifications, etc.. It might be tbat they got hit by many chargebacks as well.

I have also heard that they were completely overhauling their security model.

If you have a problem, only the contact per email is valid ...
don't avoid to mention "account name" and "email from the subscription" (can differ from your actual email ...).

They answer in english or german.

Also, please contact them directly through email,
do not answer any emails or PMs from someone claiming to be from Virwox here.
It could be a scammer who wants your account information/details/etc.

You should contact and answer only to their official support email. support@virwox.com

If they are refusing to even give you a reason that your account was disabled, you should file the dispute. Best case scenario, it'll get Virwox's attention, and worst case scenario, you'll get your money back.

virwox... but why would you even go there? they used to only trade Linden Dollars for other cryptos... no fiat deposits. They never seemed like terribly honest people.

If you go to PayPal right now with your complaint, you will get your money back.

basically, if an exchange is offering PayPal deposits, they are probably not worth using. If the banks dont freeze them, or paypal itself, then they will scam you.

This isn't the virwox support center. Try to send them an email at office@virtualworldservices.at ,or check out their contact support site https://www.virwox.com/contact.php  they have included their office address and VAT number.

Virwox are scammers they took my money and disabled my account and banned my ip adress
for no reason and no warning and they wont give me an answer or return emails
