You should mention it, such that people using Paytoshi will earn from you. However, since many faucets are using FaucetBox, I recommend you to change your faucet there. This will let the faucet more popular, as there are plenty of FaucetBox faucet rotator.
BTW you shall list the winning percentage for the payouts. If the percentage chance of winning 500 satoshi is not too low, then your site could keep the traffic. Good luck.
