Title: CGMiner Scrypt Problem Post by: misternoodle on October 02, 2012, 03:54:18 AM I had a 5850 in my machine and was able to mine LTC without any issues. Popped in a 7970 and update my configs and drivers, now I'm getting tons of HW errors displaying.
U:4.7/m [2012-10-01 23:47:47] Scrypt error, review settings [2012-10-01 23:47:49] Scrypt error, review settings [2012-10-01 23:47:50] Scrypt error, review settings Running the following: --shaders 2048 --intensity 12 --worksize 256 --lookup-gap 2 -g 1 Any ideas why I'm getting these errors? Since it was originally created for a differnent generation of card that mayyy have been causing your issues.
I've run cgminer on my 7950 before with 'non-normal' --shaders set and it wasn't an issue crashing wise.
