Just found this forums a few days ago and decided to signup today. I currently have $65 on PayPal and need BTC. I know there will be fees and stuff. Only looking to deal with trusted members so please stay away scammers. I know I'm new, I am Ex-Staff on a large forums and am trusted on Blackhatworld, additionally I can verify ownership of the PayPal being used and it's coming from my balance not a debit card/credit card. If you can do this please PM me your Skype. But, I've been using virwox to exchange Paypal funds for years now without issue, so there are legit services out there. I suggest you read this first, since you first have to exchange fiat (your PayPal funds) to Linden Dollars, and then from Linden Dollars to Bitcoin: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/VirWoX (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/VirWoX) Beware that they do charge pretty high fees and you'd have to wait 48 hours for your first transfer, after that you can exchange instantly. Bunnycredits was willing to do it but he's not online at the moment and hasn't been on live chat when I have for 2-3 days. Again, if you read the above post that's why I'm willing to confirm my identities on these other forums + prove ownership.
