with hyper you can play minecraft and earn those hypercoin that you can convert in bitcoin, with a better earning, also there are more game like counter strike, that provide a good earning overall, much better than any faucet for example... However, you're right that it is old news. Obviously such methods are not there for the sake of earning money, but rather just earning a extra while playing these games.with hyper you can play minecraft and earn those hypercoin that you can convert in bitcoin, with a better earning, also there are more game like counter strike, that provide a good earning overall, much better than any faucet for example... However, it looks like OP only had built a BTC icon within the game, nothing else. He's in creative mode anyways. This makes me a bit uncertain when trying to understand the title. I don't think playing any videogame is lucrative unless you get 1 million views per Youtube video or something along the lines.with hyper you can play minecraft and earn those hypercoin that you can convert in bitcoin, with a better earning, also there are more game like counter strike, that provide a good earning overall, much better than any faucet for example... Title: Re: I mined a Bitcoin in Minecraft Post by: lottery248 on August 11, 2015, 09:53:37 AM lol this is not legitimately a bitcoin.
your "art" is great mat though. you should have more stuff with minecraft, good luck! :D btw is that good to post on this sub-forum? :-\ Title: Re: I mined a Bitcoin in Minecraft Post by: jacktheking on August 11, 2015, 09:56:34 AM I thought you mined a Bitcoin while playing on a Bitcoin-related server. I heard there's server which is based on Bitcoin - one is a online Bitcoin world another one is a Bitcoin casino. However, as what Amph said, this is somewhat old. I'm holding on Hyper as I knew there are going to come up with something great on their Minecraft server. You should really check Hyper out if you're interested in crypto and gaming. :).

Did you not see the images he posted? the title was misleading i thought that he was mining with that thing created in the minecraft world, not my fault, next time OP should post the right title without us trying to resolve the puzzle to catch what he want to say Title: Re: I mined a Bitcoin in Minecraft Post by: okae on August 11, 2015, 10:46:05 AM lol really? you can mine bitcoin with minecraft? i didnt know it.
i know there is some altcoins that allow you to gain coins while playing games, but this is an external service, but playing minecraft to earn bitcoins, just lol. Title: Re: I mined a Bitcoin in Minecraft Post by: Bitcoinpro on August 11, 2015, 10:52:37 AM you were showing promise from the early days TH
Title: Re: I mined a Bitcoin in Minecraft Post by: Lauda on August 11, 2015, 12:54:52 PM lol really? you can mine bitcoin with minecraft? i didnt know it. Theoretically you could say that. Basically what people have started offering is you earning bits by mining within Minecraft. This means that when you mine a block (reward depends on rarity and set of fixed rules) within the game you get some bits.-snip- but playing minecraft to earn bitcoins, just lol. You can check it out here. (https://www.playmc.com/)Please not that this method was not introduced for earning money, as some might bash it for low payouts. a correct title would be: "I minecrafted a Bitcoin in Minecraft" ;D No.Title: Re: I mined a Bitcoin in Minecraft Post by: Abiky on August 11, 2015, 01:14:29 PM That's great but I prefer playing Counter Strike to earn Hyper and then exchange them to Bitcoins. I think that way is much more profitable. I've earned around 5 Hyper playing Counter Strike. I'm getting addicted playing this game. Will probably try playing Minecraft (it's been a long time since I don't play) this weekend. :D

Im assuming people will still care about Minecraft in 5 years which I have my doubts. The game is just getting old and repetitive at this point.

Someone has put together a Universal Turing Machine in Minecraft so anything that can be computed, including SHA256, can be done using a Minecraft CPU.
