As the title says, I want to know how to buy bitcoins outside US, I tryed mt gox but I need a dwolla account and its only available to US addresses, I only have paypal, can someone give me any advice? I'm also writing a spanish bitcoin blog (www.guiabitcoin.com (http://www.guiabitcoin.com)) and I want to help my readers in this situation. Thanks.
