It would take me a lot of effort to sell a member account for 0.03BTC in case you default...
I take member accounts, altcoins,... as collateral (collateral can be helt by a trusted escrow service or by me... whichever you chose) If the member account is your only collateral, i think btccashacc gave you a reasonable offer.
