After that he offline in skype and he offline in freelancer.com.
he is from pakistan. please suggest me what to do, any will help me. I don't get it , you are buying Freelancer.com account right ? he asked you to release payement from where exactly ? you wasen't going to pay in BTC ? And his account is new account and he want to wait for 15 days as they said they will delay that funds until this issue clears.
