Title: Need help! Problem with sending btw, small reward
Post by: Unique2 on August 12, 2015, 06:05:10 PM
Hi!
I am trying to send bitcoin from my wallet but I keep getting this message:

http://postimg.org/image/trwhx94z5/ (http://postimg.org/image/trwhx94z5/)

The wallet I'm using is Electrum. What can I do to fix this?

I will give 15$ reward in btc to the answer that helps me figure it out.

Hmm, no idea but i would advice you to switch to diffirent wallet. Bitcoincore is best by me currently.
One time pain to transfer from electrum --> bitcoincore and you are happy using bitcoin without bugs like this.
Not to mention electrum compromising your privacy (servers)

I have been using Electrum for over a year and have never seen that error, and have no idea how to fix it. It is better for you to move your thread to the Electrum subsection https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=98.0, as it would be more likely for you to get some help from experts there.

Backup your wallet and reinstall is my only suggestion?

Can you post the raw transaction that you are trying to send, as well as the xpubkey?

Just a n00b here, but why not just completely uninstall, then reinstall using the seed?
