First of all...Don't panic! Bitcoin will rise again for sure. But nobody can tell you when and how much. If you have invested to make a quick buck it seems you bought in when the price was on the way up and now you might be below your entry level price. If that is the case you need to have patience and I wouldn't sell now.
Is it the first time you're doing investing/trading??

It's really been falling for months, but none of us knows the future.

Bitcoin is the future money ! It is attracting more and more investors and merchants! Its adoption rate is increasing! If you are patient enough to hold them, you will get big return!

Bitcoin will inevitably rise above $300, above $1000, and probably much further if the US $ still exists by then.

But we're talking a long term perspective here. On short term, all you can say for sure that it's gonna be volatile.

Keep the big picture in mind. As much as the authorities and powers that be would like you to believe otherwise, the current financial system is fundamentally broken and bankrupt. Practically all money in existence (that means, virtual numbers a database in bank computers) is debt, and the only way to sustain this debt is.. creating more debt. This is an inescapable downward spiral. Sooner or later this entire system will collapse. Whether we or anyone likes or wants this or not, it's simply the only possible outcome. When this happens, people will flee to alternatives. Other than Gold and Silver, Bitcoin will be an obvious and viable alternative.

Don't get fooled by short term visions, or greed & fear. Anyone who understands the existing monetary system and the way money currently works, and understands Bitcoin, and uses common sense, will know where this is heading eventually.

Hasn't Bitcoin been slowly increasing in value recently?

Based on what I've seen, it was steady at ~$250 dollars until recently, and it's grown $7-10 in that time.

I could be wrong and there was a spike I missed, but I do firmly believe that Bitcoin will increase in value again to >$300.

However don't use this as financial advice.

we can be sure it will hit $300+ but the problem is, we don't know when. We need some whales on the market to bump the price. I hope it happen soon

I don’t think it has slowly increased in a long time.  It quickly spiked a few weeks back while the greek debt talks were going on, it went from ~$250->~$310 in a short time, but of course there was a "deal" made and the news died off.  Then price fairly quickly came back down to this level, resuming what looks like a continuation of the now 1.5year+ bear market.

I do agree that I think price will go back to $300+, but will that happen any time soon?  I doubt it.  Maybe next summer?  Then again, china unexpectedly devalued its currency this week, more things like that happen in the so called "currency wars" and we could be in for another dramatic rise!

not really the falling stopped there at january, the last part is a costant trend with some up and down and a zero sum trade, so more like 52 weeks

you can even see it in the chart you posted, there is no falling after january 2015....

If you look at the price you might think it's failling, if you look what's happening at the background you will turn into a bull.

How is it a 1.5 year bear market when the price has steadily increased since January 2015? Smh.

Doesn't matter how veteran we are, if anyone tells you they know for certain that BTC will rise (or fall) - they're either guessing or lying. No one knows.

I believe BTC will rise in the medium- to long-term. But please don't make investments based on what I - or anyone else on the Internet - says! Do your own research and trust your own decision.

As a noob, you are a lunch meat to the early adopters, whales and manipulators in the market. Since it sounds like you've bought some coins, you have my sympathy. Now, sell your coins and try to recoup as much as you can, while you can. Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme. If you stick around, your coins will become worthless. Btc has lost 80% of its value since Dec'2013. Recently, some of the early adopters, whales and schemers tried to stop the decline but they have largely failed. The longer you hold your coins, the more you will lose. Don't be their bag holder. They have lured in countless others with false promises. Their words have proven to be false; "To Da Moon!", "1 BTC to be worth 1 Million $!!!", etc... All pump'n dump, putrid hyped up marketing. Don't be holding their bag.

You seem to have no idea what the fuck your talking about. Bitcoin is a new technology with many applications yet to be discovered. You seem to think someone owns bitcoin or that there is a conspiracy to capitalize off bitcoin. The reason why the price of bitcoin fell so much in the first place was over that Mt. God scandal which has to do with people missing the point of Bitcoin being a decentralized currency. It is way more than a simple ponzi.

My friend, nobody knows this! As a Bitcoin supporters, everybody here will tell you that we will hit $300+ and much more but we don't know when. Your real question should be how low can we go so I can buy at the lowest point.

To try and help you, I don't think we can go lower than $200 in fhe future. I also think that the price might be for a while between $200-$300. Don't ask why, this is just my gut feeling.

of course it will rise to over $300 again. just have patience and don't expect peaks and rallies once or twice a month. these times are over.

Why you think bitcoin is worth 1000$? You also need to provide your reasons to justify your predictions otherwise it will be meaningless prediction.
