I will be giving you the card info (login) for the site but if you want the physical card, you'll need to call and get one yourself. Other than that, you could use it online if the site supports it.
It is a VANILLA VISA. Please know this before buying. I will sell it for $40 BTC. I am open to offers so just let me know. Will use escrow or any sort of safety precautions you like.
