Im looking to buy EMPTY amazon accounts,they must have the following

*Must be empty($0 in balance)
*Must have past purchase history
*Can not be recovered by the owner

These are features of hacked account, don't encourage fraudulent activities on this forum.

I have heard of refunds before but I still think this is not legal to receive refunds for what you did not buy or spent.

I made a new method that I found out via chaining (method of mine) that I want to try out.Only problem is that I need many empty Amazon accounts,I said empty because it's cheaper than buying a Amazon account with money in it.It must have past purchase history because I don't want anyone just making new accounts and selling them to me,the method would work with only accounts with at least some past purchases,and the reason I want them to not be able to be recovered by the owner is obvious
