Is this 15% of the amount they lose or the amount they wager ?
Because if you say they win or lose then it doesn't make sense, as if they win, they you will be paying for wagered so would mean you giving out 15$ for every 100$ bet even if thats at 99% to win.

You have to increase the reward to attract more users

For two reasons mainly. First, we will be able to see if you actually have the bankroll size you claim to have. Second, we will be able to see if you have used or moved the investors' bitcoin secretly.
It is not a must, but IMO such practice could enhance the trust on your site.

This. A lot of trouble happened to Dadice a few months ago, when they refused to show their cold wallet address, and in the end they had received negative trust and had to stopped taking investment. It would be better for you to show your address and to avoid all those troubles.

reducing the minimum would be a great idea rather than increasing coz starting with high minimum investment increases the suspicion that you're likely to run away with the money.

Yes, I think the minimum investment should be reduced to 0.01 to start. That way, people can invest a small amount of money to start off with.

Your site has a 1% house edge, but your max profit is currently at 4.999 btc with a bankroll of only 10.02 btc. So in other words, you are running it with nearly 50x Kelly, which is way too aggressive.
Also, you should allow your investors to choose their own risk level.

I think it's hope is that a couple of whales comes there and lose like 4 btc each, the problem is, what if he finds some primedice whale with careless of money (like georgenuts) and does a couple of 2 btc bets? I say that because it's one of the most aggressive person in style and in betting, so let's consider that.

OP, have you considered making a dice site with the MoneyPot API? Using their API is safer, has a faucet built in, and there is a bankroll already, so you don't have to deposit your own money to fund the bankroll.

This isn't the first time. Many website have advertisements to increase their profit potential since they get many exposures.

I dont want to try again :)
