i have a fear that is BTC value going to fall down because i have stored 20 BTC in my wallet. If any experts here please tell me is price going to drop or else it will increases ?

No one can know what the price will be in the future. If you are here for the long term you shouldn't care that much about the price, just forget about your BTC and check back again a year from now, otherwise its too stressing.

Bitcoin is a long term investement mate , if you are looking for short term then bitcoin is probably not the best for you . If people knew how the price of BTC is going to be on the future , we would be all rich .
There is one thing for sure  , the price will rise on the next year 2016 Q4 when the next halving block reward happens however it still depends how the price was before the halving block ... If it was like 100$ It's not going to be that much .

Thanks i also listened while studying about Bitcoins, some experts are said in the year 2016 bitcoin price will increases compare to the year 2015.

There aren't any experts here. Every person can only make a guess, one does it way beyond what we consider is reasonable, and the other just don't know and is talking nonsense.

Of course the price in 2016 will increase as we comming closer and closer to the reward halving. Try holding your coins at least till that time.

There is no expert in the world that can say what will happen in a year. You just follow the ones you like and hope that he or she is right lol.

But like any other investment always invest with what you can afford to lose and hope for the best ;)

how do you know price will increase? You are just hoping they will because markets are always right BUT the movements they make never have to be logical. Bitcoin can be 500$ next year or 50$. Halving or not...

if you don't need the money, then simply keep holding. i'm sure if you sell now you'll definitely regret it. have patience and don't panic if the price goes down.

i remember it went down to as low as $220 and I still held my bitcoins, then it went up again and reached $300

Calm down & stop losing your shit. Bitcoin is not going to make you rich & be worth 100,000 USD in 12 months. You have 20 bitcoin which is a good amount. Look at it as a long term investment, how old are you?

That 20 bitcoin could make your life if you are willing to be patient. Bitcoin is still in its infancy at 6 years old. We need to stay patient. Wait my friend for at least 5 years, maybe even more than 10. If we achieve mainstream adoption anybody with 20+ bitcoin could make themselves a small fortune.

Exactly this, you are holding a nice sum, just be patient and I mean really patient, 5-10 years. Don't stress about small price swings.

If you really need an opinion, we have dropped to $260 because of the XT situation and the possible fork. It might be possible that we will be going down even further because all of this uncertainty about the block size increase and the fork.

I think don't worry statement is not correct because one should monitor the price always and sell it once it goes down 20 to 30% or this valve will wary based on investors risk factor. But every one should set their sell price when invest in trading otherwise see people who brought at 1000+ do not know how long they need to wait for that price.

last time the bad news about forking did not impact so much the price, so the new dram will not do anything no reason to sell in time, only because you may think that the price will tank because of the possible fork

i'm hoping this downward trend will not continue
but i'm still holding to my coins and hoping price will pickup again by end of week

same here but I think we haven't reached the end of it yet as the floor is more likely to be at 250 :( but this downtrend is pretty depressing tho lol

There is No one expert over here..all are just well wishers who will love if BTC appreciates in price.
Nevertheless the bitcoin price is assumed* to increase in Late December.
Just hold your Bitcoins and wait for the Bump.

I think it was January of this year when it hit the lowest for 2015

Lol. Why ask a question that nobody can give you an asnwer to? IF you want to sell then sell, but if you have faith for the future then keep them. Bitcoin will have ups and downs forever most likely but those who have patience will only see them though.

Im pretty shocked we are back down @ $260 tbh.  Either way just hold for a few years and dont worry about it, you'll either be very rich or broke, whatever... life is for living.

I thought the bottom to be at $250 but I'm not so sure of that anymore. $250 is still holding but I think it will go down even more.

i see price drop last night under $260 and the last i see is $254. bitcoin will crash again like before :(

I dont think $250 will hold, we are right back to wehre we were before the runup to $310, but with only negative news on the horizon.  I've seen the same weakness cause 10-20+drops in a day.  Especialyl with the sentiment being that we are in a slump right now, I dont think enough people will be buying to support at $250.  It might be tough to get down to the $200 level, but we can easily drop below $250 very soon

I don't think so either. Too many negative news this last week. First the BitLicense and many companies leaving NY, then the never ending saga with the block size increase and then the XT fork possibility.

We have also seen the news jumping on the XT fork as crazy and spinning this news in their way while continuing spreading FUDs. I am not really surprised that we are slowly sinking, this is too much to hold on it shoulders.
