my first thought would be that op is trying to use those old wallets for CLAMs; i doubt anyone would sell him a wallet with coins in them.

Wallets don't need to have any coins at the moment.

The wallet is 1 year and 2 months old, and there's NO CLAMs in it. The price I'm asking is just 185000 and there is over 220000 satoshi balance there. Interested?

CLAMs = new altcoin distributed to everyone when it was launched - that is, everyone who had a BTC, LTC, or DOGE address with a bit more than dust in it during May or June last year (or was it July, hmm...)

Cool, i've had a few BTC wallets and 1 LTC wallet for about 2 years, how do i know if i was sent any, i assume they wouldn't just show up.

No. That's the whole purpose.

not much incentive for people to sell you their old wallet files then imo, unless the original owners already know that the wallets are devoid of any CLAMs. no reason for someone to sell you their wallet files for cheaper than the value of the CLAMs they could get from it themselves.
