None of his known addresses have had any activity. He could have died years ago. I get what you're saying though & maybe bitcoin will only be appreciated when we're all dead & gone, before we get chance to enjoy the wealth it could bring us. I hope not though, it'd suck if 1 bitcoin was worth 1 million USD in 60 years & we don't get to enjoy that :) Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? That's a pretty great catch. :D Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? Post by: Falconer on August 17, 2015, 02:34:03 PM The saddest thing is, we dont have any idea who satoshi nakamoto is. We couldnt give an appreciation for his working and efforts to develop bitcoin directly as long as his true identity isnt be revealed. But, if he really chose his way to hide, he still be a hero, which he has been 'robin hood' for our life :)

That was never seen by us :) Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? Post by: Scaccomatt0 on August 17, 2015, 06:02:44 PM and what if satoshi nakamoto is a girl?
Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? Post by: Yoshi24517 on August 17, 2015, 06:08:07 PM I highly doubt he is a girl. I thought I saw a picture of him and he is definitely not a girl.
Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? Post by: Falconer on August 18, 2015, 10:28:36 AM and what if satoshi nakamoto is a girl? I highly doubt he is a girl. I thought I saw a picture of him and he is definitely not a girl. No one can be sure if Satoshi is a man, woman, individual, or group, since there is no any definitive data about him. Perhaps he was already dead, or maybe he is looking this forum and joining with us to make posting here :) Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? If people knew who he was they would likely just attack him. Satoshi knows who he is and can be proud of his achievement and how people are using it around the world and ihe wanted the plaudits he would reveal himself but either doesn't want that or cant (if he's dead). We do not live in a world where only men are allowed to think. I say this, but I know in some Muslim countries, women have no rights. I would just love it, if it was a women or a group of women, who came up with this idea. Satoshi being a women in a man's world, would most certainly have failed. Why? Because of this kind of opinions. There are many women behind successful men and they would have had a terrible time, trying to raise the kids and feed the family and still come up with wonderful ideas at the end of the day. There are millions of successful mother's out there, who has done both. My wife is one of them. ;) Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? Total bullshit. Did you even read the inventions you list? There are some game changers in there.. Without some we would still sit around the stove in the kitchen.. Also, would bitcoin be possible without computer coding? And that is even besides the point that women would be unable to invent something like bitcoin.. Seriously, grow up.. Seriously, grow up.. i'm sure that without those women someone else would have made those discoveries, so no i don't find it bullshit at all, i still think that satoshi isn't a girl in any way and it can't be, women generally use too much they right hemisphere used for emotions some exception here and there will not change this fundamental diversity between the two gender, and has nothing to do with growing up, this is my opinion, i consider women inferior when it comes to technology Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? Number two, they think they wouldn’t be good at it. Number three, they think they will be working with a number of people that they just wouldn’t feel comfortable or happy working alongside.” In other words, one of the major reasons that there are fewer females than men working in technology is that they don't want to associate with the likes of you. That's a sad thing, that we live in that age, that you can't even take a credit for the most revolutionary thing that you have invented. I doubt he wouldn't stayed known to at least be recognized and acknowledged for his invention. However, he has decided and decided well in my opinion to rest in hiding. I honestly don't see the relation between them... Title: Re: Will Satoshi Nakamoto become the next Vincent van Gogh? The fact that the chance is lower that Satoshi is a woman because a lesser interest in technology I can agree on. But saying that women are incapable of doing this??? I would assume the mods would just give him his account back if he ever contacted them.. And I don't know if Satoshi will be the next Van Gogh, I hope that we will eventually know his true identity, though I highly doubt it. Well he's a very smart man, that is how he keeps his incognito status. I mean he has invented Bitcoin, you must be helluva smart. He has planned his every step and planned it to the perfection. This was the only way that he stays low under. |
