Your price is a bit absurd.

You need to explain yourself rationally on why its worth by showing other invaluable stuff if you feel the price is justified. Like that person mentioned, if those stats are not eye to eye you need to explain you are ranking already for a "keyword" already.

Or someone else can just grab a domain name popup a template and say heres "freetobaccostuff.com"

You can't extrapolate a business' worth based on a month. Otherwise I'd go from $0 to $1500 in a week and claim that the business is worth tens of millions since it has a growth of 1500000% per day.

That said, the site has $500+ in sales, and you're asking $650 or so essentially, which I don't see anything wrong with. What's the actual profit off those sales?
