The last few attempts at ICOs by projects that cloned Shadowcash were proven to be scams. To date, the only legitimate project to clone ShadowCash has been Jumbucks.

I don't see a link to the source code so there's no way of telling if copyright attribution was given to the ShadowCash devs but I'm certain copyright infringement has already occurred due to the images created by the Shadowdevs being used inside the announcement with no credit given.
