You can try to get Bitcoin from any exchange to get your first BTC. But don't trade with others here.

Have you had a look at CoinBase or Circle,as far as I know you can buy bitcoins there with your debit card.

You will however have to register with them and open a wallet. Will also most probably have to submit documentation but not to sure, might not be needed as you are buying a small amount.

Yeah try one of those such as Coinbase as it is a bit safer then trying to do it person to person, depending on where you are you could try bitylicious they operate in a few countries and it is very easy and quick using faster payments / credit card.

You can also try to find an ATM near you and soon you'll probably find one: http://www.cnbc.com/2015/08/19/greece-could-soon-get-1000-bitcoin-atms.html

Good exchanges to use are Bitstamp.net, kraken.com and Bitfinex.com.

I don't think that option is available, you need to make a deposit/transfer.

Virwox is risky exchange to trade with them i have very bad experience with so i will suggest don't use their service these are just crap and worth of it, cex.io has good and fast support to buy as my previous experience with them.

How so?
Care to share your experience?

Other than delaying withdrawal if you are a new member (I don't have that delay anymore), I have never had problems with them.
As a matter of fact I needed to fund my Paypal account urgently on Monday and the whole process of selling BTC to SLL to EUR in Paypal took about an hour (needs 6 confirmations).

Sure the exchange fees are a bit higher but the fact that I got cash to use in an hour was worth it in my case.

I prefer circle.io since I've helped my friend use it every time he wants to buy a small amount of btc using his debit card. Fast and no hassles I'd say.

Yes i agreed with it maybe my first withdraw got delay more than 3 days from them so after this issue with i never use their service, mostly i use btc-e.com and they are working perfect for me with fast withdrawal process and a lot of variety of payment processors.

http://www.bitcurex.com caters to people from Greece. But it will likely require a SEPA transfer.
