Since those accounts have negative trust, you're not going to be able to sell them for 0.03BTC. As Quickseller mentioned that he will not be removing that negative trust feedback, those accounts are only good for testing signatures, really.

There are signature campaigns that accepts accounts with negative trusts but pay is 50% lower than the regular. Other than that i think yes trolling around the forum is one good use of that account.
