It has nothing to do with race, it has to do with the lack of a proper up bringing. Failure to provide a family unit which teaches how to act civilly in society. There is a cultural deficiency in the black community which has gene rationally lost focus on the importance of these qualities.

You have kids raising kids, who have no idea how to raise kids. Sadly, these same people are procreating and creating another generation of people who have never been taught how to act.

Its kind of like having feral animals. There is simply no way to fix it except to take control of an entire generation and force the teaching on them.

The problem is the culture, it promotes violence, ignorance, and hyper-sexuality while shunning knowledge, education, and love. This is not for all black Americans, but the 'hood is like another world compared to the society most live in.

The definition of hate crime is quite a bit strange in the United States. For example, the shooting of Trayvon Martin qualifies as a hate crime (although it is evident that George Zimmerman was under the impression that Martin was about to attack him just before he shot the latter). But at the same time, the murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom doesn't classify as a hate crime. I don't want to go in to the details... it makes me throw up...

Channon Christian and Chris Newsom...what those two endured in the final hours of their lives...yet the media fell silent and few even know the story. A slow, torturous death for those that raped, tortured, and murdered them is too good.

None of the perpetrators were handed death penalty in that case. Even then, the perpetrators accused the jury of racial bias, and demanded a retrial. Two of them had their sentences reduced after the retrial. The media, at least initially tried to hide and hush up the incident. It was the posts in social media, which prevented them from doing it.
