He told me he had the tracking number for the shipment, but he never sent it to me. He does not reply to PMs. This user should get the Scammer tag and nobody should deal with him. I got paid before I sent out the hardware. No problems with this user in my experience. He is probably not a scammer after all then. Will update the thread when/if I receive the fan.

Now 4 weeks past deadline he refuses to answer my messages on here or btc-e. I really didnt think he had it in him to be a scammer and tbh I hope he contacts me soon over this...

That being said he was very slow to answer my PMs and 40 days to receive the fan is way too long when every day without it is a day of lost mining income. I will not deal with Litecoin again.
