He wants to buy bitcoins but since he would like to do this on a monthly basis, just me selling him coins every month would be to complicated.
He wants to buy monthly, with his Mastercard. What's the best option out there. It needs to be legit of course, and with some verification, not too much so that he doesn't get overwhelmed. Many traders will not accept a credit card for the obvious reasons of chargebacks. LBC you can try but I know the market for that method is pretty low right now.
